Molding Machine Operator/Train Days/Move to Off Shift

Duramax Marine, LLC, an employee-owned global manufacturer of products for the commercial marine industry and various industrial applications, has an immediate opening for a Molding Machine Operator at our Hiram, Ohio location. Duramax Marine is a well-established, successful Northeast Ohio company with a significant global presence and is a technology leader in its markets.
Qualifications
Education High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience The company has a training program in place.
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Mechanical aptitude.

Roles and Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of senior operator for on-the-job instruction and cross-training.
Understand the introduction of ISO-9001 requirements.
Able to read and comprehend the production schedule.
Able to identify correct polymer/adhesive for specific job orders.
Able to identify function parts of blasting cabinet, parts washer & paint both in Metal Prep.
Able to pull, blast, wash and apply adhesive in Metal Prep.
Able to assemble and run standard tooling in HPI.
Able to identify functional parts of the injections machines, autoclaves, and gas curing oven in HPI.
Able to assemble and run standard tooling in Custom Press.
Able to identify functional parts of rubber presses, rubber mill, warm-up ovens in Custom Press.
Able to finish grind and do a quality inspection of all parts.
Demonstrate the ability to use all quality instruments.
Able to complete all production paperwork and reporting forms.

Working Conditions
The physical environment requires the employee to work in a hot and cold factory environment. You are required to use personal protective equipment. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. May be requested to work overtime and weekends per customer demands.

What The Role will Do:
  • Analyze and document manufacturing and business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business goals
  • Gather and translate business requirements into system specs
  • Design, test, and implement system enhancements
  • Support ERP and system integrations (Infor CloudSuite or Syteline experience preferred)
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–7 years in a Systems or Business Analyst role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Position Title: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
Location: Duramax Marine – Hiram, OH

We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor with 5-7 years of experience managing all inbound and outbound product flow, from receiving and storage to accurate, on-time shipment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and maintains a safe, efficient warehouse.
This role provides the opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of ERP tools while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction—all within a rapidly growing, well-established company built on collaboration and employee ownership.
What The Role will Do:
Shipping Operations
  • Lead and schedule outbound shipments, including domestic and international, ensuring
    on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee preparation of all shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of
    lading, and shipping labels.
  • Manage relationships with carriers and freight companies, negotiating rates and
    resolving service issues.
  • Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies.
Receiving Operations
  • Supervise receipt of incoming goods, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and
    packing lists.
  • Inspect and document any damage or discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and protection of received materials.
  • Oversee updates to inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels.
Inventory Management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and ERP updates.\
  • Partner with Supply Chain Manager on inventory control and to optimize stock levels
    and reorder points.
  • Ensure inventory is clearly labeled, organized, and rotated for efficiency.
ERP System & Process Improvement
  • Lead implementation, training, and ongoing optimization of ERP tools related to
    shipping, receiving, and inventory.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost
    efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend changes to improve performance.
Compliance & Safety
  • Enforce company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all warehouse
    operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and quality checks.
Team Leadership
  • Direct, train, and mentor shipping and receiving team members to achieve high
    performance.
  • Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workload balance.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory
    transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance, inventory, and compliance reports.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in various shipping, receiving and warehouse
    processes; experience with international shipping requirements is required.
  • Demonstrates strong organization skills, and the ability to prioritize, plan and execute

Staff Accountant

Position Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Duramax Marine – Hiram, OH

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.

What The Role will Do:
Accounts Payable
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues with vendors/suppliers/contractors.
  • Prepare and issue payments to vendors/suppliers/contractors.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and reconcile all credit card activity.
Accounts Receivable
  • Generate Accounts Receivable invoices and distribute to customers daily.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and communicate effectively with clients to resolve
    outstanding issues.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and provide insights on collections.
  • Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
General Accounting
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
  • Establish and report individual, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable KPI’s as
    required.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Audit & Compliance
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Administrative & Special Projects
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
  • A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
    preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or ERP) and MS Office (e.g. Excel).
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
